Great staff! They are so kind & very knowledgeable. The facility has a lot of upgrades, like ultrasounds. We had some traumatic issues & empathy was abundant with each staff member. They were willing to come out to our car to check out our furbaby so we didn't have to go into the facility. Only thing which is a non starter, are higher prices. Wish they were lower, but thats how it goes.

This place is a total scam is what I believe. So I wanted to make an appointment for my cat to get her nuter because she in heat. So they said it would be a $75.00 to check her out an I pay it. So come to find out when i got there, they told me I had to pay and extra $500.00 for blood work, which was never mentioned on our phone call. All I can say is this place is no worth it. I would never recommend it to anyone. So please be careful of this place, all they want is your money.

We came here for a dual perianal hernia repair, prolapse, and a cryptorchid castration. We had a appointment 1 week away, however the day after we scheduled the appointment things turned for the worse. Within 15 minutes they called a non-emergent patient and asked them if we could have their spot. They agreed. They fit him in and said it would be 2 surgeries instead of 1 longer procedure. Instead a nurse volunteered to stay after hours with the surgery team to complete his surgery in one go. Not only did they do everything possible to accommodate us, the surgeon drives from Pittsburgh to Lancaster to perform these surgeries. She was one of the most honest and friendly veterinary surgeons i have encountered. Honest about cost, outcomes, and amazing bed side manners. I also have a friend who

5 stars! Always professional and the office is clean. Always good to our cats, the girls even sang to our cat Sugar when he was there for an emergency!

Took our large dog here for a gland infection. Staff was great! Both tech and Dr. were very sweet, patient and thorough. Transparent pricing and some flexibility. Office was clean, smelled nice. No complaints!
