If I could give them 10 stars I would! We have a 3 year old bullmastiff, Moose who tore both of his ACLs. Dr. Daye did both surgeries and was flawless. Him and all of his staff…especially Dr. Stuart (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) went above and beyond to make us feel like our boy was in the best care. It was his first time having surgery and they were major surgeries so we were very nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but he is running now like he never had an injury! I definitely had a lot of questions being a first time owner going through this and they never made us feel like we were bothering them. They gave us multiple updates and were so amazing. I felt like they took care of him like we would have they all loved him so much. Thank you guys again!

Everyone was so friendly and patient. I have an anxious old lady dog and they were very sweet to her. When it came to diagnosis and treatment, the doctor was honestly and forthcoming about price and value. A million percent will be back.

The staff is very friendly. All of the vets and techs are terrific with my dog- she loves them. They explain everything very well and I can get appointments for her promptly

After two weeks of emergency vet trips that ended without a solution, diagnosis or any relief for my pup or me I called Valley Animal Hospital. Not sure if it was luck or empathy hearing my frustration, they got us in within the hour! Reception was a breeze, we were taken care of with efficiency and kindness. The vet tech Andy won over my luxury mutt Oliver within moments, that was not expected since the poor guy just developed some type of PTSD from two weeks of trips elsewhere. He was calm, professional and gathered excellent info that I was relieved and more than happy to provide. Incredibly helpful and compassionate. I found out my baby boy has a tumor, and I couldn’t hold it together in the room. The vet and technician handled everything with such kindness and patience, helping me process some of the most difficult information of my life. I’m so grateful for the care and support they showed us.
