Dr. Cooper and her team were exceptional! They were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took great care of my dog and worked with me every step of the way. When my dog passed, they were kind enough to check in after and that’s something I really valued, especially during the hard time. Absolutely wonderful hospital and staff. Dr. Cooper is very sweet, kind and professional. We took our little girl (dog) in to have a very large mass removed from her shoulder and from start to finish the process was very comfortable and low stress given the circumstances. Our little angel has had a fast recovery for such an invasive surgery, zero complications. The photo was fresh out of having her wrap removed a week after the procedure. She looks much better now! 💛 My family and I highly recommend this Vet and will surely use them again when the time comes. Thank you Dr. Cooper and your staff for an incredible job! After being told by my old vet it would take 2 weeks to get in. I called valle verde and they saw my sick cat right away. Have been going to them since then as they found a heart and thyroid issues my other vet never did. They are kind and competent. My cat doesn't get nervous with them. I told them ways to hold him that don't upset him, they listened and now my cat is mister mellow.

Dr. Cooper is hands down the most intelligent, compassionate and dedicated veterinarian. Our sweet dog had an autoimmune disease that had been misdiagnosed by other vets, resulting in surgeries that could have been avoided. She was persistent in researching his condition and finding a treatment that gave him 12.5 healthy years of life with us. When he developed renal failure and was rapidly declining over a holiday weekend, Dr. Cooper made a house call with her wonderful tech to ensure his transition over the rainbow bridge was peaceful and he was surrounded by love. We will never be able to express our gratitude for how well she cared for our best boy.
