Let me get this straight: 1- the main reason my pet is alive and back to normal is my vet in Houston and my semi knowledge about how things should work plus my husband’s anger. 2- I forced Dr. Duncan to run a fecal test as she was not willing to do so. 3- your protocol should start with listening to patient and take action accordingly. We told her our pet had diarrhea 7 times! The first line of action should be running a fecal test. 4- Dr. Duncan was telling me the result with be in 2 or 3 days after I forced her into doing fecal test. When I asked what about in house lab they said oh yeah that can work too! What the heck!!! 5- the front young white boy said he will call us in a very dismissive way after they agreed to do in house fecal test. while the result would take 15 minutes. I told

I have been brining my dog here for almost 4 years. The staff here is always friendly and caring. Front desk always answers any questions with smiles. Dr.Suplizio is the best, with the lady with red curly hair. I highly recommend them, they have treated my baby with such love. I love this place.

Avoid this clinic. As a provider I recommend you stay away from this place! Had an emergency while in vail! The worse experience ever! I went to Edward location. This business run and thrive only based money no care so avoid it. I had no problem paying however: -they wanted to take Xray from the beginning -they gave us two different probiotics only while I tell them my pet had been having diarrhea and committed a lot. -they kept wanting to get Xray and abdominal ultrasound without checking fecal first. -they had told me they have to send the sample to outside lab and for inside testing -I had to fight a lot and whole lot more … This is not the way to treat and provide care! My problem was not money but I did not want to skip the first steps and jump into taking Xray as I had to put my

PHENOMENAL experience! Dr. Tom Suplizio takes care of all 3 of our black labs. He’s kind, patient and most importantly dedicated to his profession. He’s a great surgeon and truly cares about his animals and customers. The ladies who are the vet techs are amazing as well …thank you to everyone at VV Animal Hospital ❤️

We had to rush our dog to the Vail valley animal Hospital after my dog Riley ripped out his nails on the metal holed gondola plank on his way down from hiking up overlook trail. We were in Eagle Vail Valley to enjoy hiking with the pups and only planned on staying a couple of nights! Dr. Charlie and his team took Riley in on an emergency basis at 4 o’clock in the afternoon even though the doc had scheduled appointments coming in before the end of the day! Dr. Charlie met Riley and explained very calmly what needed to be done. Riley latched on so hard with his back feet that the long nails clinched into the plank as he got into the gondola . He cut off two of his back nails and the quick was red and exposed about a quarter of an inch - it had to be super painful, but I have a tough dog
