Ordered 3 different mantises the first week of December and the weather has been perfect to ship them. Nothing has arrived. We’ve emailed multiple times. Contacted thru social media posts. Zero response. When my mom told me she ordered the from here I was so bummed because I knew what people say in the hobby. My son is disabled and he was just so excited. Furthermore, it sucks when you have no real money to spend so you save up for months only to have a company steal your money and not give you one single update or line of communication. Will update this if seller fulfills the order. But judging by previous reviews- I highly doubt he does

SCAMMER!!!! I placed an order totaling over $200 more than a month ago and have yet to receive the items or any meaningful follow-up. I sent multiple emails and received only one response weeks ago, stating that the seller had been hospitalized and that my order would ship the following week. Since then, there has been no further communication. Regardless of personal circumstances, a business—especially one dealing with live insects—has a responsibility to maintain communication or ensure someone else is managing operations. The weather was in the high 50s all week, so temperature cannot reasonably be used as an explanation for the delay. Even if shipping was not possible, basic communication should still have occurred. Would never recommend to anyone. Ordered my mantis from them 3 weeks before it actually got delivered to me. The bug came missing a leg, and walking appendage, and died within an hour of arrival. Seller doesn’t respond to any messages and emails at all. I quoted his own policy, and he hasn’t responded in the last three days of me sending emails to him. Scammed me of my money. Wouldn't recommend.

Want the stuff you ordered? Don’t order from this place Want good communication? Don’t expect from these people I’ve waited 18 days for something and I should’ve just gone elsewhere because my spiders are so hungry. It’s my own fault not looking up reviews beforehand, what a shame.

Ordered a Mantis on August 11th. I have reached out three times with no answer from them. I have emailed twice and called and left a message. Got charged $50some for an overnight delivery. I finally asked for a refund and still have heard nothing. Please do not waste your money. Update since I can't seem to reach you any other way since supposedly the whole company is "in the hospital". Which is weird because I received the flightless fruit flies I ordered but not the $60 Mantis. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!
