URGIVET Emergency Vets of Madison

As soon as I got off work and realized my dog’s leg was possibly fractured. I picked him up and went straight to URGIVET. All vets were closed in Brandon. They took extremely good care of my dog. They also had coffee, drinks, and a lot of snacks for the families worried and waiting to know if their dogs are okay. Receptionist was amazing staff amazing. The entire place was so clean. It wasn’t stinky or dirty. Amazing place in future I will always make the drive if anything else were to happen to my fur babies.

I am the sister from the previous bad review. First off, I would like to say your unprofessional response says a lot. The issue was never about a PRICE. I am and ALWAYS willing to pay whatever for my son. Secondly, just because you are “ a person of color” doesn’t mean your staff wasn’t behaving in that way. Me and my dog arrived FIRST, about 10 minutes before another pet. That pet was examined and received care before mine. Then, your staff came to me almost a hour later while the other pet was being taken care of telling me about the prices and I said “Okay, that’s fine”. Willing to pay whatever to help my baby. Your staff then proceeded to talk about the prices, in the impression that she didn’t want to take my dog. So, I took my dog somewhere else. I would think as a MANAGER you would

Last week while visiting in Madison, my precious 17 year old pup Sparkle became gravely ill. We took her to URGIVET, and there she received the best possible care. Sadly, the next day we had to have her put to sleep. It was possible one of the worst days of my life. Dr. Ferguson and her staff were wonderful, compassionate, and caring. Every 5 or six hours while Sparkle was in their care, I was sent updates regarding status. Dr. Ferguson was honest about her prognosis and clearly explained every condition and how they were treating my baby. I will never be able to express my gratitude to everyone who made my little girl comfortable during the end of her life's journey. Thank you with all of my heart. Kitty Moore Anniston, AL

my cat got hit by a car and his tail was degloved yesterday. i rushed him over there and we were immediately met with kind and very attentive and helping people. you could tell they enjoy their job and wanted to help us. all of the people we met with were amazing. i’m not sure who our surgeon was but they did an amazing job and i forgot the over night doctors name but she was very sweet and very helpful. i’m so thankful places like this exist because you never think you need it till you do. they helped very quickly and made sure we were taken care of. they took good care of our sweet baby and he’s recovering very well from what we’ve seen. i highly recommend this if there’s an emergency.
