I had a really easy and smooth experience from start to finish here. I felt the wait time was appropriate given the urgent care style flow. I felt listened to by both the vet tech and veterinarian in regards to the exam, testing and treatment. They both showed a lot of interest in making sure Hawk felt better and that I was comfortable with the plan and follow up. And no limit on belly scratches. Hopefully I do not need the services again but would definitely if I had too.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the care my daughter, Sheree, received during her recent visit concerning her dog, Remy. Remy had been a beloved member of our family for 16 years. The decision to consider ending her suffering for quality-of-life reasons was not made lightly. It was an extremely painful and difficult choice for my daughter. During the appointment, the doctor continued to question whether this was the right decision. Suggestions were made about getting an X-ray because bruising “wouldn’t just be in one place,” and it was stated that low platelets could be caused by a number of things. I thought my Veterinarian would be open on a Saturday, but they changed the hours. I ran from Urgent Care to Veterinarian Hospitals, all on a Saturday looking for insulin for my chaweene. Either they were not helpful at all or charged an extremely hefty amout. Then i found Urgent Vet. on line, I called and they said come in, they were close to home and very accommodating, I left with a reasonable bill and a prescription for insulin. I recommend them and there pleasant attentive staff

If you’re looking for a wonderful veterinarian, I highly recommend this location. I’ve seen both Dr. Hartman and Dr. Perdew, scheduled and urgently, and they are outstanding! They explained my options clearly and gave an estimate ahead of time which gave me confidence in my decisions. Everyone there was so nice and the prices were very reasonable. I paid just under $1,000 for something other clinics quoted $2,500+ for.

I would highly recommend urgent vet! I was able to get a quick appointment by booking online, everything was fast and convenient. They were very nice and understanding! After a quick evaluation they were able to provide us with a couple of care options to help my fur baby that were affordable! Will definitely be using them if ever needed in the future!
