First time visit! My cat Tinkerbelle needed to be seen for an urgent visit. We were greeted and seen immediately. Great communication throughout the entire process from the team and a personal call from the doctor with an update after the procedure. Tahkiya was very compassionate and patient with Tinkerbelle and answered all my questions ❤️❤️

We genuinely cannot speak highly enough about the incredible help we got at this Urgent Vet. Dr. Prepti and Mackenzie were phenomenal. Chelsea was incredible. You can genuinely tell how much they love and care for animals. They got our puppy seen right away and handled her with the sweetest of care. If you have any concerns on where to take your animal, genuinely bring them here. You will not regret it. We feel so blessed to have found this emergency vet. And the prices were VERY reasonable. Couldn't ask for more or better.

We took our 15 year old cat to the Urgent Vet Ocoee location about a week ago to get him euthanized after he had been ill for a couple of days with no improvement. He seemed to be suffering and overnight was near death. They provided incredibly compassionate care for our Bisquit, which we were very grateful for. The euthanasia was very peaceful and there was no suffering on his part. We elected to have them use their cremation services and were also impressed with that care. Will definitely recommend them!!! ❤️

Your staff was compassionate, respectful, and supportive during an incredibly hard moment. I can not thank this doctor’s office enough. I found an abscess on my dogs’s anal gland. Which is the first time it’s ever happened. I was able to make the appointment online last minute. While I was an emotional mess, the nurses a doctors were amazing!! They assured me that my baby will be fine and it’s common! They were able to let me know what’s going on and assured me that the process was easy and it wouldn’t take long. I went into the doctor’s office at 7:40pm (I was taken right away) and I was out by a little after 9pm. After a few days, my baby was back to normal and she’s healing perfectly! Thank you thank you thank you!!! I would recommend this to any parent that is nervous and needs to take their dog to an emergency vet after hours!
