My dog Freya had a very inflamed ear. I was stressing because her primary wasn’t open for a couple days. Her ear seemed to get worse even with what I was giving her. Anyways, she got taken care of super well. She usually is a bit nervous around new people but she wasn’t with Victoria. I think the calm atmosphere and Victoria taking time to get Freya comfortable was what made the visit go very smoothly. My dog usually pees at least 3 times during a vet visit . This time she only did once and was very comfortable after. She also enjoyed the treats after ear cleaning. I really felt the love for pets here and great quality care. Thank you so much!

So where do we start... Our family dog got viciously attacked by a pitbull while taking his daily walk on a leash. We took him to our vet right away, but really couldn't see any marks due to his dense hair, but was advised by the vet, if we see anything, come right back. The following week while giving him a bath, that's when we noticed a puncture in his skin the size of a quarter! We took him right back to the vet and he advised we go somewhere where they would accommodate surgery if needed. After calling MULTI places, I finally found Urgent Paws (and although it was 15miles out) we decided with all the great reviews, we would take him here. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone needing urgent veterinary care. Convenience: The clinic is located in the Duarte Target plaza, so there’s plenty of parking. Their website made scheduling easy—I was able to see available time slots and book an appointment in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I was quickly checked in and shown to a private room. Location: The office is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. LOVE this place! From start to finish they are by your side through the whole process. My dog ate 2 chocolate croissants this morning and I was freaking out. I filled out the save my spot and made my way over to the clinic. I was met with Madalyn the technician who was able to calm my nerves the whole time I was there. Dr. Brown came in to do Finn’s evaluation and was attentive all the way through. During the vomiting process, Madalyn sat down with my fur baby Finn the whole time. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!! Definitely will be coming back for urgent visits in the future.
