Urgent Veterinary Surgical Suites

We recently had our dog in for a dental procedure and had an outstanding experience. The staff was wonderful from start to finish. Dr Thornton took the time to go over everything in detail-from the bloodwork to the dental procedure-so we knew exactly what to expect. They even send our pet home with a procedure binder that included everything from x-rays to photos showing what they found and treated. It was incredibly thorough and very reassuring as pet owners. The care was excellent and the pricing was affordable. I would rate them 10 out of 10 and highly recommend the to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care for their pets.

We took our girl, Indiana, in last week to see if she needed surgery for a limp she’d developed. Unfortunately we learned she had osteosarcoma (bone cancer) and we decided it would be best to let her sleep so she wasn’t in anymore pain. Dr. Thornton and the whole team here were extremely understanding and compassionate especially given we did not anticipate this sad turn of events. They let us give Indy pork chops while we waited for another family member to bring our other dog down to say goodbye. We were not rushed, they answered all our questions, and were patient the whole time. It’s been extremely difficult processing this loss but the team here is incredible. They even sent us a sympathy card that arrived today. Thank you all for what you do, and we can’t wait to pick up Indy’s ashes

Carol is so pleasant, and so sweet from the first phone call to every interaction she has been so lovely and helpful. Dr. Thornton is absolutely phenomenal she took care of my boy so well, so articulate in how she preformed his surgery to his aftercare. Sherry has been with us throughout our visits and she’s awesome! Truly this place is heaven sent everyone here truly cares. They make it very easy during unexpected situations.

Dr. Thornton and the entire staff were very welcoming and professional. My puppy's amputation went very well. Her recovery suit was a perfect alternative to an e-collar. She was never in any pain and is adjusting quite well.

I want to say thank you to the Dr and her staff for the quick response and their genuine concerns regarding our Raynes, they made sure he went on his journey quickly and without pain. We are sad but we know he is no longer in pain. The staff was very professional and compassionate, we are thankful for that.
