Urgent Paws: Pet Urgent Care

This practice came as a suggestion from a dear friend. The wait-list process was THE BEST! Dr. Dean and his entire staff were great! I highly recommend! Fees are fair. Not priced gouged as some other emergency/ urgent care clinics in the area.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Urgent Paws. Dr. Dean is hands down the best. Honest, compassionate, and truly dedicated to what he does. You can genuinely tell he loves his work and deeply cares about every animal he treats. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and gives you guidance without ever making you feel rushed. The staff is just as incredible. They’re friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer questions. The place itself is spotless, organized, and has a warm, calming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a veterinary team you can fully trust, Urgent Paws is it. I highly, highly recommend them!

I decided to try Urgent Paws today instead of making an emergency appt at my regular vet. What a good experience! My skittish dog was very comfortable here and received excellent and compassionate care from Dr Haupt, her tech, and staff. I also love that you can join the waiting list online from home and they let you know when to head to the office. Convenient! I wish they would do this for human urgent care too!! I would highly recommend this practice when your pet gets hurt or shows signs of illness, ear infection, etc.

Wonderful staff and caring vet. First time here was to euthanize my 16 year old cat and they made the experience respectful & caring. This time my 14 year old cat wasn't eating. Turns out he has periodontal issues and a sore tooth. Just to make sure he had no other issues they did his blood work and he's in great shape. Very big relief. Price was very reasonable and the online appointment process was simple. My regular vet was closed when I needed the help and this place is such so great in a time of urgent need. I highly recommend them when you need urgent care.

The most kind and compassionate people I ever met. Our elderly cat was suffering on a Sunday. We were pretty sure it was time to put him to sleep. The tech helped us tremendously with our decision and did not rush us or pressure in anyway. I felt very fortunate for their kindness during such a hard time. photo: our cat in happier times.
