Urban Dogg Mountain Grove

This was my two year old GSD'S first grooming experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Riley did a great job and obviously made friends with Leo. I will definitely be a return customer

8 years old, and full of the best life a dog could ask for! Im glad I drove out of my way to bring Sandy to a place that she feels welcome and loved. I asked to have time taken with her as she doesn't get groomed much based on her breed. Due to that fact, I'll be there every month now to see she gets the upmost attention she deserves and has gotten with Urban Dogg! She went in scared and came out better than when she wakes up in the morning for a walk and fetch. Id give more stars if I could. Thank you Urban Dogg!

Edited to add: the owner of Urban Dogg keeps changing his response. See original response below via screenshot. Unfortunately not a good experience. From the start, we have had 5-6 different stories as to what happened to our dog. As soon as we got our dog, we took him to vet for his eyes bulging and being red. This is consistent with being choked. After a lengthy phone call between my husband and the owner, all the owner cared about was not bashing/slandering his business rather than the fact someone hurt our dog. We asked for the camera footage and were told he would have to contact the person who installed it. Also on the phone the owner tried to bash a business he thought we owned saying it had bad reviews. The staff is a great group of pet care professionals. They're quick, courteous and trustworthy. Our pup has zero apprehension for getting groomed.
