Urban Dogg

Soozee has been grooming my dog every 4 weeks for at least two years now and he always looks spectacular! We’ve been to many groomers since I got him and it had always been an extremely stressful experience for him. I used to feel terrible having to take him but with Urban Dogg in general, I think he feels more comfortable because it’s quiet and everyone working there is so friendly. Recently, he’s really warmed up to grooms in general, and she’s even noticed! She says he’s been in a good mood which is cute, but he’s not shaking when I drop him off and he even walks right over to her knowing what’s to come. It’s shocking! Soozee always works quickly and he’s never come home with cuts or discomfort (yes.. that’s happened with other places) and we just love bringing our business here. Love s

The store is clean, well organized, with many amazing healthy food/ treat selections for my dogs. I love the leash we bought. Reduces pulling, and choking. Recommended by an employee. The staff are kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I got my pups Moose & Yogi groomed here today by Lily (her first time with them) and she did a fantastic job!!! I’ve been bringing my pups to be groomed here for a couple of years now but can honestly say they’ve never been groomed as well as they were today. I’m so excited to have found Lily after their previous groomer left. I didn’t even know my pups could be so soft!!

We have been lucky to have Koley as our groomer with our current pup and our last dog. She is a GEM! Our last dog Alice, reactive to dogs and very selective with people, loved Koley! Koley was so thoughtful in her care and making sure Alice was not around other dogs. With our current dog Ken, she takes the time to make him comfortable, and he always comes out happy and looking (and smelling) great! Often with a cute bandana to boot. She is thorough in communicating, kind in her interactions, skilled, and we cannot recommend her enough!

I took my dog there for the first time, i don't know what they did to her, but she has been traumatized since I brought her home.. they shaved her in 15 minutes and gave her a bath all within 15 minutes shaved off her. Eyelashes and all of her whiskers. She is a yorkie.. She should have had some shape left to her head and her legs. They shaved her bald from head to toe... She has been acting like she can't breathe since I bought her home and she is traumatized. I will never take her back. Let me just add. It's supposed to be a good experience for your dog, 15 minutes to cut her hair, and give her a bath was probably one of the most traumatizing things they could have done, including cutting everything off that they weren't supposed to.
