Uptown Pets

Awesome service and a wide assortment of pet supply gear. We brought in a rescued Steller's jay chick and they readily provided mealworms, crickets, a cage and everything we needed. "Stella" is doing well and soon to fledge, thanks to Uptown Pets!

This Wednesday, November 26, I had a bad experience with the person in charge of grooming at Uptown Pets in Yucaipa Blvd, that day I told her not to give my dog a bath, but she did it because she said she was urinating, as she was not going to urinate if it lasted more than 3 hrs to deliver it to me, and I told her that I would not take it anywhere else, they gave it to me 4-5 or even more hours later and I did not like that they had it for so long in the cage apart, nor did she tell me to grab it or not give it to me, she already told me the You can take out and my dog, desperate to want to come with me, was crying and she was worth it, she did not tell me anything, she had more dogs before and my appointment was at 12 pm, I understand that it would arrive 12.30 but for this she did not h

My Aussies love Ashley. They're always are excited to get in the truck and their monthly visits for grooming. She treats them great and cuts them great. We're gonna miss her, but wish her the best with her new endeavors in CO!

One of the most friendly pet stores I've ever been to the prices for a little bit higher than normal but they definitely made up for that with customer service I will definitely be a long time customer
