I’ve been working with Bridget for years through my rescue, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s consistently provided exceptional care to every pup we’ve brought her way. I have emailed 2 times & left a message on their phone. No response back. I have questions….over vaccines for my 2 dogs that she neutered by the way. Over the past 35+ years, my family depended on Dr Bridget to spay, neuter all our pets. She no longer comes to Gardiner. Vaccines are before 9am & I live 45 min away from Kingston. No assistance offered.

I called yesterday and was able to get my cat in the next day for a spay. Very excited to be able to get in so quickly I asked many questions and was told to just bring my cat and a form of payment. I drove 45 minutes to kingston walmart. I stood in line behind a few people and started speaking to another woman behind me who also had a cat who needed to be spayed. When I was up next, the woman inside of the truck representing Upstate Spay & Neuter (USN) asked me what I was here for. I informed her that I had my cat who needed to be spayed and I was added in last night. I also informed her my cat was very nervous. She took the carrier with no hesitation or response and quickly dropped the carrier onto the ground of the truck. She then asked the woman behind me what she was there for and too

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE for the love of god! the lady on the phone was nice but in person she was so rude she threw my cat into the van. This place is so sketchy thank god my cats came back in one piece but honestly spend the extra money and go somewhere where you know your cat will be safe!!!!
