One of my dog's nails were getting very long, and I am not a fan of cutting them myself. She carefully worked with my dog, Sam, and made him feel welcome and walked me through everything that she was doing so I was aware! She really strives for a relationship with the dogs she works with. The cost was more than reasonable as well! Will definitely go back with my other dog.
I understand when someone is busy, but I called set a a appointment a month ago. Message about details...then appointment was cancelled on Monday day before, then she messaged and asked about the same week for Thursday...asked what time and got no response. Asked for a phone call back.. that didn't happen. So I said if I don't hear by 2pm, I guess your not going to cut them. STILL NO RESPONSE!! Was rather disappointed in the communication
