Unleashed, the Dog & Cat Store at Lake Boone Shopping Center

The dog wash station was amazing!! i loved how private it was for my dog-reactive dog, my only complaint is some of the shampoos had strong fragrance, which my dog doesn’t love. but it wasn’t a big deal at all. they had very nice brushes, and all of the employees were very kind and helpful!! there were also a wide range of high quality foods and treats, not just the junk you usually see in normal pet stores. they also had a wide selection of toys which my dog loved!!

One of my favorite pet stores as a vet student. Huge selection of toys that are reasonably priced, fantastic quality, and a selection specifically designed with pet safety, play, and behavior in mind. With and without catnip, every one of my cats favorite toys came from this shop. While I do wish they included some more of the general veterinary-nutrition backed brands and I have evidence-based concerns regarding raw diets, their food selection is wide and helpful if your pet has allergies or needs a specific/unique diet. Finally, the staff is amazing. It’s genuinely one of the few stores around here that I walk into and reminds me of the community owned stores at home. Elizabeth, Shannon, and Abbie were amazing!! Thank you Elizabeth for taking the time to walk me thru the different dog food options! My children, along with the two dog beds you sold us, are extremely happy ;) Y’all were incredible and extremely knowledgable. It was the first day I visited Unleashed stores and I for sure plan on being a long time customer. Thank you all again for being amazing and helping me to my car!!

Oliver there has consistently been super helpful, always making great suggestions. We like to take the trip downtown specially because of the customer service he provided every time we go shopping for our beloved wonder puppy!
