We were looking for a place to get our 6 month year old rescue groomed. I noticed on their website it mentioned the first visit was free if the dog was a rescue. I'll admit I was nervous because we never had a dog that had been professionally groomed before. However, all fears were immediately eliminated when the staff greeted us. They genuinely cared for our pup and our pup reciprocated that affection. She truly was so excited! When we went to pick her up, she was as happy as could be and you could tell they took great care with her. They did an excellent job and It's safe to say we'll be back.

I’m a truck driver and it’s hard mkn apntmnts but I Walked in and was able to get my lil Axel a lil Pomeranian in right away!! I was very impressed they did a awesome job on my lil fur baby and he smelled amazing aswell.. I definitely recommend using them very friendly and great work !! I found my new groomers! I’ll definitely be back!!

We have been taking our rescue pup here since we saved him 9 years ago!! The groomers here are all so great and friendly! Our little guy has had zero problems, and always come home looking, and feeling fantastic! Highly recommend Unleashed for any of your pet grooming needs.

Our Whisper has gone to Unleashed every 3 weeks for 4 years now…since she was a puppy. Alyssa and Alyson, as well as the rest of the staff, are truly amazing. Whisper is always SO EXCITED to visit the shop. Runs right in My husband and I are grateful to the kindness and care they show her as well as us. We recommend them to everyone that asks who grooms Whisper. Alyssa was recommended to us by Whisper’s trainer, so we knew we were getting the best! Thank you Unleashed

Do not recommend. My prior appointment I was charged $140, at the time the groomer stated she did a deep conditioning and I assumed that’s why I was charged that amount, so I paid the amount with no questions asked. When I showed up to my appointment I asked if I could see their price list just to verify and pick which service I wanted, just so I as the owner and the groomer are both on the same page regarding which service and to make sure I was getting charged correctly. Alyssa (the groomer) immediately got defensive and stated “that’s what I charge, I’ve charged $140 from your first appointment” which is not true because I have my receipts. Then continued to say “Actually I should be charging $150 because that’s what I charge especially during these times.” with a very rude inappropriat
