Excellent store. The dog treats, toys, and gear are all high quality, USA made. Kris runs an excellent shop. I take my two Havaneese for baths and grooming and Hannah always does an outstanding job with my two nervous pups. Highly recommend this chic spot for all your pet needs!

I know from experience that not every groomer can cut an Airedale Terrier well. Gretchen at Una Rakki said she could and she was right. Tosh got the full treatment with ears, teeth & nails and she is as happy with the result as I am. I bought a leash here too that I love. So great to have a quality shop like this here in Crosby.

I visited Crosby for the weekend. I had heard about the groomers at UniRaki and made an appointment a few weeks in advance. Hannah did an outstanding job and my Joey was perfect!!! You will not be disappointed! He got “the works” and the price was very reasonable compared to the Twin Cities. The other plus is the opportunity to doggie shop while you’re there. Great products from toys to food/snacks to jackets to toys… very fun stuff!

I brought my dog here a couple of times for grooming. The price was right for the haircut he would get so I continued to try it out hoping it would get more even/better quality over time. I brought him in again today and he was done after just about an hour which is pretty quick for a full groom in my experience. When I arrived to pick him up he was barking (not a kennel fan) the woman at the front desk said “that’s your dog” to which I said I’m aware. Overall she was not very friendly and pretty judgmental. I was also charged an extra fee of $15.00 for “extra handling”. She stated “he must’ve been having a bad day but he didn’t bite or anything”. He gets groomed every 6-8 weeks and I’ve never had this complaint or been charged extra especially for a service that was 1 hour long. Cute stor

If you are a cabin person from the Twin Cities, you simply must make this part of your Up North routine! I was able to book an appointment for the exact day and time I wanted, and the groomer took great care of our EXTREMELY fluffy, overgrown, shaggy Golden Retriever. He finished his appointment with a huge smile on his face and the prettiest coat of all time. Kristy, the store owner, is a delight to talk to, and the cashier was super friendly and personable. The merchandise available in the store is adorable too.
