Ugly Doggies

Very kind staff and they always take good care of my fur daughter. Prices are very reasonable.

Both my dogs are truly “Ugly doggies now!!” Took both my shih-tzus’ here for the first time. My first dog (female dog), I asked for a ponytail, all trimmed, and teddy face cut. She had long fur but was still able to style how I wanted to since other groomers have done it. I get back and her ear fur is all trimmed and no ponytail. The male worker told me that she had lots of nots and this and that, but okay other groomers have done it how I tell them to. I feel like it was a lack of professionalism, ignored what I wanted, and also rushed since he was all over the place. I don’t think he even heard what I wanted on my female dog. He even asked after I gave instructions, “Do you want the teddy face cut?” I said “Yes,” for both dogs. However, no teddy face, it was a complete different cut…. M

We took our little Tamalita to Ugly Doggies today and I must say. They have wonderful customer service, she did an amazing job with our little girl and was very kind. We will definitely come again.

Amazing work, such great people and they truly care for the doggies, you can see they are happy to be there and work with dogs. The hair cut was great and my dog was so happy when we picked her up, great groomers 100% better than paws grooming that’s on horizon!
