Tysor Vet Boarding, Grooming, and Supplies

Told me the day of my dog’s boarding that they will not be able to take him in via email. Lied about ever calling me to let me know prior. I called them the same day to see why and they said because my dog has anxiety which is understandable but they should have told me this 2 days before his boarding date when I booked his stay. In the email they sent me and even on the phone, they recommended me another boarding place along with the phone number. I called it only to find out that it was a person that stayed in Whitesville, NC and that they don’t have any such boarding. That was lie #2. I had to scramble to find a boarding last minute due to this and ended up having to cancel my trip and only got partial refund for the hotel stay in Charlotte. Very unprofessional!
