Spoke with a "Peggy" that refused service to my mother's dog because of an outstanding bill from 2021. Reviewing this information the account was paid and in current standing. Even I had service for another furry family friend since then. I simply requested the information for "the outstanding balance" I was then told "We have a new system" and they can not provide me with what is billed or invoicing. I respect Dr. Ryan Walrath he was always great and I went out of my way to make sure they were always taken care of for payment in person! They denied service too my moms dog for a routine check up. Peggy argued with me over the phone and told me I need to provide them information so they can verify... (Pull bank statements from 2021?) But you denying service for something you can not provid

LOVE EVERYBODY THERE! They take amazing care of my babies, and that's all that matters! RYAN IS THE BEST!!! They are all very caring and are great with my fur babies. Very very happy and pleased with the staff and Dr. Ryan❤️

I called this veterinarian for emergency. And he told me he was out of town that day was Saturday and when he gets back on Sunday, he would be able to see my Cat. Now he's not concerned about my cat at all. And he told me to go all the way up to Cedar Rapids, Wow! My cat has a back right leg that is 2 times as big as her other ones, with a rock in bedded in her paw and leg. She is not doing good at all. She is in pain. We need someone around here where we live, not almost 2 hrs away. In Cedar Rapids that right there is some bullshit, sorry but it is. You can see that these veterinarian don't care about our animals, that's what I see. You totally get "0" Stars from me.

I have a skidish German shepherd that always releases on his floor. 🙄🤢 That doesn't deter Ryan giving her a full checkup. Amazing vet!
