From the front desk to the veterinarians, everyone takes the time to explain what’s going on and answer questions without rushing you. They handle pets gently and respectfully, which makes a big difference—especially if you have an anxious or senior animal. The clinic is clean, organized, and well-run, and appointments feel efficient without ever feeling impersonal. It’s clear they value both the health of your pet and the trust of the owner. The entire staff is very accommodating for my large reactive dog. They make me feel welcome and they take steps to make sure everyone is safe. Dr. K is such a good doctor, and I trust my baby in her care.

I've always had a courteous, prompt, and helpful experience with the people who work at Two by Two. There is a calming atmosphere in the building but also amongst the staff. I've only had good experiences bringing my two kitties here!

I have an Alaskan malamute who started having seizures at 2 years old and is skinny and problematic about eating. (He’s 4 now) I also have a Pembroke Welsh Corgi Tricolor who has had weight issues (opposite of her brother) and hip issues, now allergies are cropping up. Through all of this they haven’t been judgmental when I stopped bringing them in while we figured things out for his seizures. They wanted to put him on meds but I opted for CBD Oil to try that first to avoid all the side effects. He’s now been seizure free for many months, and he’s eating well. We’ve been through tick exposure and Lyme disease and bloody stools and all kinds of issues. If I can’t get in right away they put me on a list in case something opens up, which it usually does.
