2 months ago I took my 14 year old cat here because he wasnt eating and was loosing weight. I was told he needed a tooth cleaning, and suggested that I switch his food and pay $400 to get his teeth cleaned and extracted. We asked to get blood work done, and were told we had a suprisingly healthy cat for his age. So we bought new food and our cat started eating a bit more, so we thought everything eas fine and started to save for the expensive teeth cleaning. Today I had to say goodbye to my cat. We took him to a different vet and we're told that he had kidney failure, and it seemed he had it for a while. There was nothing they could do, due to the stage he was in. So my cat was put down. My name is Esther Rose and I lost my cat 2 1/2 years ago. Twin Valley Vet Clinic helped me and was a supportive party in the situation to get my cat back. They also vaccinated her immediately upon request, They kenneled her while I flew out. They sent me all the paperwork. But they also sent my cat with paperwork.They have some amazing honest, working vets and vet tech there. They don’t just work because they have to they work because it’s from the heart. I have been with this clinic for well over 20 years. And I have NEVER had a complaint until now. I called the clinic a few days ago to make an appointment for a sick cat. I called first thing in the morning and I was told “bring him in as soon as possible” as we were thinking he possibly had a urethral obstruction (which is an EMERGENCY). I left work and brought him to the clinic as soon as I could and arrived around 0930. We were taken to an exam room fairly quickly and waited. About 15 minutes later, I was told, and I quote; “he’ll just have to be a drop off because we’re not sure when the vet will get around to seeing him; maybe this afternoon.” I asked about the vet at least taking a quick look to make sure it is not an obstruction before he sits in a kennel for half a day and I was to

I can not say enough wonderful things about this vet clinic. We called around to multiple vets in the area, and Twin Valley was the only one who took us seriously enough to get our dog in immediately. Our 12 year old senior female had the worst case of pyometra that they had ever seen. She also had 2 other issues that we had no idea about it. They got her in, took care of our baby, and returned her to us a completely different dog. She was like a puppy again. We cannot thank Doctor Johanna or the assistants enough.
