Great staff! They were all super friendly. Grooming was fast, priced good, and well done. They took great care of my pup! Got her all pretty and gave a free bandana. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

My puppy’s first groom ever and I chose Twin tails, all around amazing. My mini goldendoodle turned out just the way I asked. Thank you to Darian for listening to my requests and handling him with care. He’s acting exactly the same after the appointment happy and excited. My puppy loved her and we will definitely come back!

Twin tails did a fantastic job on groom Calli our Shitzu. First time and I will be taking Calli back. Great concept no putting dogs in cages. Make ur appointment and withing the hour done, you get a text then come and pick your dog up. He or she will be up front freshly groomed awaiting your arrival

Welcoming desk staff. They introduced us to our groomer who looked at our pup, went over our preferences and noted what may need special attention. The atmosphere was calm, not chaotic at all. The no cage practice eased our mind at drop off. We were notified 15 minutes before she was finished. They were right on time. When we picked her up, she was not shaking or stressed as in past experiences. Our groomer, Joseph, was kind and nurturing. Our sweetie has never looked better! Well done everyone, and Thank You! My husband always used to take our Taz to the Twin Tails grooming location, but I recently switched to the Happy Valley one — and I’m so impressed! The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY, they spoiled our baby girl, and booking an appointment was easy — we were lucky to find a same-day spot. You can tell how great they are just by the picture 🥰 she never stays still, but they still managed an awesome result. Highly recommend! ✨
