Twin Rivers Kennel

My boys had a blast at twin rivers. I was very anxious about leaving them but the front desk was very patient with me and answered all my questions. They even had someone send me pictures of them throughout our trip and they seemed like they had a blast. I definitely recommend twin rivers to anyone looking for a safe place for their pups to stay ❤️

We would have been better off leaving our dogs home alone, unsupervised during our week long vacation. We were told they would have their own kennels only to find out at pick-up they were put in the same kennel for the duration of their stay. Both were covered head to tail in excrement and urine, developed kennel cough, and one had a festering wound from a dog bite. We immediately took him to an Emergency Vet where they were able to treat the infection and get him back to health but the effect on both dogs lasted for days after their stay. The employees didn't mention any issues at the time of pick-up other than they "may have accidentally gone potty" in the kennel. There was never ANY communication during the week about sharing a kennel, a dog fight, or the filthy conditions. We had a ph

Previous employee the owners always treated us with care and respect. Day care was always a great experience for most dogs. I got puppy fever from working there so I got myself a fur baby. She loved being there every chance she got! We don’t board or use daycare often these days but when we do it’s always Twin Rivers. She perks right up like she’s back at her kennel, she heads right to the office like she’s back at work 😂 I will definitely be bringing karma back for a play date real soon! 💙💙💙💙
