Rebranded as Sheltering Vets, still love the doctor and her office staff Love the doctor here and Sandra in the front desk is a lovely person. I am not sure where we would be at with our rescues without this Vet. Thank you doctor for helping us with Blinky's eye surgery, and for everything else you do to help us care for our rescues.

Twin Oaks is exceptional! We have been bringing our pets and rescues for years and never disappoint. Great knowledgeable staff.

Positive experience. Had a feral female yard cat spayed, along with shots, nails clipped, flea med application, etc . Very fair pricing for feral cats, everything was done in less than 1 day----- Updated on 10-28-2021 --- Ellie, The daughter of Lacey ( Mom laying cloth in pic) has just been spayed today, and also have had a positive experience. The Doctor/Vet who performs the surgery does a very good job. -- Overall my only recommendation for Twin Oaks, is to have someone dedicated to the phones & appointment scheduling and customer receiving. Overall I know they are busy all the time, but the "process could be made easier for Twin Oaks and the customer ( maybe handheld computer tablet to be used for appointment checks, when customers arrive in the parking lot, or something)

Please please please do not bring your beloved pets here, 09/15/25 my mom brought her best friend Shihpo to get spaded and on 09/22/25 she passed away, 1 week later after surgery, they were not able to give us a valid reason why our dog was having complications after surgery and the only option they gave us was to put our friend down. Day after day she keep losing oxygen and her last 2 days we had to have her with oxygen tank she was only 4 years old, I don’t want anyone to go threw the pain me and my family are going threw our dog was more than our pet she was a big part of us that now is not here. She got spaded by Jennifer Schuler, DMV. The technician was also super unprofessional and his attitude was horrible and keep trying to act more mad than us. I really hope no one else goes thre
