I love this place! They truly take the best care of the animas in their care. Dr Waugh is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, gentle and kind. I have seen a handful of vets and Dr Waugh is hands down the very best. The staff are all excellent people who you can tell genuinely enjoy their jobs and the animas they care for. The front desk has immaculate communication and their teamwork is admirable. The prices are very reasonable, the space is very clean. I happily commute 3 hours to bring my pets here!

Last year, when I had to have one of my 17 year old cats put down, Genevieve and Dr. Robertson were a godsend. Genevieve kindly took me through all of the information ahead of time, was always there to answer my questions and field my concerns. She was there for me through to bringing my cat in and comforting me. Dr. Robertson was just so unbelievably kind, empathetic and supportive (it was the first time I’d had to have a pet put down). I was just reading some glowing reports for this Vet and thought I'd share my experience. PLEASE, DON'T TAKE YOU PRECIOUS PETS THERE! In Dec. 2018, we took our dog in to get a leptospirosis vaccine. They took her into the back ostensibly to weigh her. She was there for a long time and when the girl brought her out she was in a complete state of panic, trying to get away from the girl. My wife rushed over to take the leash and still our dog was in a frenzy. My wife called her name several times before she snapped out of it. One of the staff directed us to an exam room and then Dr. Gemeinhardt (owner) came in with the vaccine.
