Olivia is a master at her craft! My dog trusts her and only her for a haircut or nail trim. He's so soft and smells amazing now that he's had his appointment with her and he even gets along well with Olivia's own pup. Very kind and professional. We have taken our Australian Shepard to Olivia for 2 years now and will continue to go back! She provides excellent customer service by always being bubbly and welcoming. She does an amazing job getting all the loose hair out of our dog’s coat leaving it so soft and easy to comb through. If you book with Olivia you will not be disappointed!
I brought my newly adopted Sheltie to Olivia for a good clean-up, deshedding and de-matting as it seemed he hadn’t been groomed in quite sometime. She did an excellent job and found the perfect balance between cleaning him up and leaving him a little shaggy like I like it. Will 100% be back!
Olivia is magical! We have 3 rescue pups, including one that can be reactive, and Olivia is amazing with all of them! Super quick and really excellent with both nail trims and grooming!
