TrueCare for Pets

My furry baby 15 year old female matli-poo, Precious, and I staid up all nite. She had Diarrhea, didn't want to eat or go for a walk all day Wed to Thursday. I hated her crying in pain and not wanting to sleep in her bed. I've taken her to TrueCare before awhile back to help me give her pain meds. Got there at 5:15am. There was no one else there at that time. Vet assistant took her in for her vitals and explained to me what was going on. Her anal glands were impacted and infected. She had a slight fever and that was causing her lethargy, not wanting to eat and just feeling in pain. They reassured me they would take care of my baby and to go home as the procedure would take time as well as there might be super emergencies. They put her thru twilight anesthesia and did the procedure. I came

The staff at TrueCare are truly wonderful — they go above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. When our dog, Silas, was hospitalized, our family was devastated to be away from him. The team thoughtfully checked in each evening with a photo and an update, which brought us so much comfort and happiness during a very difficult time. They treated Silas with incredible kindness and compassion while he was in their care, and every decision they made regarding his treatment was clearly guided by what would give him the best possible outcome. It’s been a long road to recovery, but we have complete confidence in the TrueCare team. We couldn’t have asked for a better support system!

I took my sweet little Maltese Winston to the hospital because I was very scared. He was lethargic and was having problems standing up, which was very unusual for him as he has always been very active. Dr. Wu and everyone at True Care pet Hospital or absolutely amazing. The level of care that they gave my sweet boy and they got him back on his feet right away. Apparently he had been stung by a bee and had had a serious reaction. I can’t thank Dr. Woo her assistance, Courtney, Akita, Yvonne, and Chelsea enough for their loving care towards Winston. I would highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet!

Our golden retriever Callie was treated in the emergency department for pancreatitis and ammonia. Doctor and staff there were wonderful, compassionate and treated Her with kindness. We appreciate everything they did to help our Callie. Unfortunately she didn’t make it, but we can’t say enough good things about all the staff at the hospital.

The staff were professional and very empathetic. Our baby Star got attacked by 5 baby raccoons 🦝 as soon as we walked in the hospital “True Care for Pets” they took her in… I felt heard and valued. I recommend this place for your fur babies.
