First I want to start by saying I am not leaving this review to bash or destroy this company reputation but to spread my experience that I’ve had as a “client”. My first contact regarding this rescue was on September 24th on my birthday after looking everywhere else for a dog I decided I would check them out. Me and my wife drove an hour and 20 mins out to look at puppies and after reaching the rescue site we had mixed emotions about it being that there was so many dogs and the conditions did not look appealing. Anyways we spoke with a nice lady regarding taking a look at a few pups but was denied due to us not scheduling an appointment prior to our visit, which was our fault for not reading the process online but never the less, later that night my wife decided to make our appointment and

We wanted to give this sweet pup a home from this shelter, but it just became impossible! We got our sweet pup from an other volunteer shelter within a week with the proper communication and actually wanting to give the pup an actual home. I am a super understanding person and respect that people have lives of their own and jobs, but as today April 24th last thing I know is that the pup we were trying to adopt was still at the vet for him to get neuter and I was going to be let known about any updates about him, that was said to me over a month ago.. mind you; a pup vent to the vet to get only neuter, shouldn’t take more than 2 days if so with complications and watch. I had to let my son down on this birthday…he was already excited about the our fur baby but I had to explain somehow that t

Went to adopt a kitty they had about 70 cats in one shed it was hard to pick just one after selecting one I was told he would need vet check and come back Saturday for pi k up this was Tuesday .Saturday they called and said he was sneezing and was going to keep him for treatment and would meet me following Tuesday . Then Tuesday they sent text trying to get vet appt then wendsday sent text can't get appt til next monday.so really this cat is 3or4 years old in a house with a least 69 cats and he is the only one sneezing and if you are medicating him and he was already vet checked why are you waiting for appt .I was told 8 days ago you was medicating him and now it has been 14 days and still waiting for vet check seriously . This is terrible when there is a least 100 adult cat

I have not adopted through this rescue but wanted to leave a positive review based on the responses to negative reviews by the rescue. I am so grateful and happy that this rescue does their due diligence when adopting out by checking to see if a potential adopter has returned or abandoned a previous pet, because that is a huge red flag for the adopter. And then a bonus red flag when you leave it out of your application. Pets are a lifetime commitment and if you aren’t ready to deal with difficulties then you shouldn’t have any pets. I also think that taking extra time to do all the background work and making sure the dog is good pet for the potential adopter shows that the rescue is responsible and they rather make sure that the pet goes to a good and responsible home so that they are n
