Tropic Fish & Pets

We used to love this place the owner there is very nice, but the tanks are not clean. Well we have seen a bunch of dead fish a few times we have gone there and we have had eight or nine guppies And one parrot fish it is extremely annoying that we are having all of our fish die that we’ve got from there because we’ve lost so much money from just that store in general. It is truly disappointing.

I used to love this store the people were friendly and they always gave a full refund or would trade fish if they died within a period of time but i recently went in got a couple fish one died before we even got home and the rest died within the next 2 days keep in mind i have had fish for roughly 5 years and have been able to keep them alive and add new fish to the tank but when i returned the fish (5 days after purchase and we brought them back frozen for proof) the lady who was helping us lowkey blamed me for the fish dying and when i asked for a refund she said they only do store credits (which is fine) but then didn’t even give us 10$ worth of credit for 30$+ worth of fish which rubs me the wrong way from reading other reviews it looks like they have a new owner now which could defini

They have a big selection of fish but the tanks are dirty and infested with snails.

New owner cleaning up the clutter and getting rid of old outdated products. Every time I go in here I see improvement. You can tell the new owner cares about the animals and what products she has available. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely stop in even if it’s just to say hi and check out the animals.

This is the closest fish store to me and the ladies that work here are always helping, kind, and full of knowledge. My daughter and I started an aquarium setup a few months ago, and the people that work here have been more than helpful with testing my water and giving me advice about what to do. I come here about once or twice a month and it’s always nice to see the fish they have available.
