Excellent pet store helping our community! Love it here! They have great customer service and they always are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Each section is organized to what you need. Large selection of varieties and treats and better pricing. We highly recommend Trixie’s Pet supplies. My dog Angel sends her love!

I had an excellent experience at Trixie’s and want to shout out the owner who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and generous. When I came in to buy some special treats for our cat before Christmas, I picked up a bag of freeze-dried trout filets from the Hudson Valley. I mentioned that I hadn’t given her treats like this before so I didn’t know if she would like them. He was so kind and told me to try it out and if they weren’t a hit, I could bring back the bag for a full refund, even without a receipt. Fortunately, our cat is obsessed with the treats so I will definitely be back for more because this is the kind of local business we should all be supporting.

This is my favorite pet shop, period. It’s very well stocked with quality products and most importantly the customer service is top tier. They are hard working, knowledgeable and make sure us, the customers and our pets (and fosters) have all they need. I can only hope I find a store this amazing in my new neighborhood.

Nice pet store. Kind of small but nice. Fully stocked and very clean. They have an array of products but cover everything you need and with nice things; not just there to say “well we have one”. You can tell they care and pick nice products people and their pets would like. Staff was helpful and expediting the process. Found what I came in there for and showed where to find it. They were nice. As they were also gifts for a friends pet I can report that both the cat and dog loved their respective toys more then the owners bought toys so their selection here speaks to that 😄 they know what pets like! It’s a great neighborhood store with the real city feel. It’s great! Check them out for all your pet needs 🐶 🐈 🐩 🐈‍⬛ 🐦

Small, yes...but it stocks a good variety of the basics in food and treats for Pet owners who are willing to go that extra step $$$ for their buddies. For myself, I can get the high quality canned food like Merrick. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. And if you know exactly what you want to get--it's there. You're In & Out in a jiffy. I no longer have to plan a trip to the nearest Petco for pet food. Again-- It's Small...Don't bring your Great Dane or Husky with you. There's no space when you have to turn sideways to let another person past you.
