We are redoing our kitchen and our condo complex was built about 20 years ago. The flooring throughout the rest of the apartment is vinyl wood planking so we decided to continue that instead of using tile. The difficulty was finding a product that was installed over a decade ago. This was one of the first times that I got a difficult to find product on the first attempt. so satisfying!! I put the product code into Google and Trio popped up. I reached Rosie and told her the product code. She was immediately familiar with the flooring out of all the options that are out there. She said she would take a look and see if she could find it but also informed me that it was discontinued. She still looked!. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Rosie. I called and texted her several times. We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, but she never showed up. She didn’t call or respond to any of my messages. She was very irresponsible. I strongly advise against working with her—there’s a good chance she simply won’t show up. First of all, I believe that if you don’t do this type of work, you should have told me from the beginning. Second, I specifically asked if you could do the job, and you told me yes. That’s the reason we scheduled an appointment. Update: You asked me when I’d be available, and we agreed on Saturday at 9 a.m. If you knew you couldn’t do the job, you shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment in the first place. Amazing people and top workman ship! Thank you so much to Rosie and her team for installing new carpets in our home. She worked with us while I was mid renovation of the rooms and is the nicest.
