Always so kind and attentive. My French Bulldog Higgins loves going to visit. It is so appreciated how much the staff (especially Patty who handles all of the front office business with grace and compassion) all love animals. You can tell. Not all vets and staff care so deeply about our precious pets (in my experience). I am so grateful to have such a wonderful team in Willow Creek.

Trillium Vet is truly the best. They are very kind, professional & compassionate. I know that my pups needs will be met when we visit. They remind me of the old days (like 15 years ago) of taking your animal to the vet. When you could just call, get a quick appointment & receive attentive care. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and caring my little dog, Dolly-Nala (no known relation to the Dali Lama... so far!) recieves from everyone at Trillium! I cannot say enough good about the entire staff from beginning to end! A special call-out to Patty at the front desk! She makes me feel "heard" with regard to any pet issues and gets Nala in quick for priority issues. She is a wealth of knowledge for keeping my petcare costs to a minimum while lending a sympathetic ear to my concerns with caring empathy. The entire staff are a genuine asset to our Willow Creek Community and we are fortunate to have them here in our little town. I highly recommend Trillium Veterinary for you and your animal companions!!!

This place is great. I originally brought my sulcata tortoise here under an emergency and they were so amazing. Very knowledgeable staff, great prices, and treat the animals with the utmost care. I now bring my dogs here, as well as drive 2 hours to get here. They are that great. Highly recommend.
