This is such an amazing place to take your pets! Dr. West truly cares about the animals in her care. My ferret had a stomach obstruction and with out hesitation, Dr. West came in on her day off and saved my ferrets life. Her prices are amazing and my ferret was in such good hands. We came all the way from Georgia for her practice. We are looking forward to working with Dr. West with all of our pets. She really knows exotics and is an extremely skilled vet. Thank you again for saving my ferret!!!!

Dr. West is the absolute best! She’s taken great care of my rabbits from pregnancies, to routine checks and vaccines, to one of them having the worst impactment she’s ever seen, and spay and neutering both of them. If seems like she takes pride in educating the owners as well, which is a big deal to me. I can’t explain how grateful I am for her!

Dr. Kim West is a lifesaver! She was able to see our bunny for a same-day emergency visit, and she provided diagnosis, medication, and a treatment plan. She’s very clear with instructions to pet-parents and compassionate with the pets. Thanks to her help, our bunny is doing great! So thankful to Dr. West who was the only one who was able to help us within a 1hr drive. Not even Auburn University Emergency Clinic have someone on call. 2 vets and the Emergency clinic pointed us to Dr. West. Visit was quick and efficient. Love a straight forward talk and she gave us medicine with a realistic prognosis. Our little Canary wouldn't have lasted through the weekend and he is very chronic but at least he has a chance now. She was patient and answered all my questions. Thank you Dr. West, you have officially gained a new client for all our exotic pets! Fee was fair for an emergency call but routine fee is ridiculously cheap. We just couldn't wait. Thank you Dr. West 💜

Dr. West is the best! We just love her! Her new exotic pets office is open now, not far from All Creatures where she used to be. I highly recommend her for your exotics!
