Always a great experience getting my dogs groomed at Tri state!! Dawn does a amazing job every time.

Tri-state was highly recommended and they were awesome with my dogs. We travel a lot, I board my dogs a lot, they have boarded all around the country, and I have gotten good at sizing places up. Tri-state had a ton of questions to make sure they understand our dogs and their needs, they had no issue walking me around and showing me the kennels so I could choose the right one for my pups. (BTW, if you go somewhere and they won't let you look at the kennels, I wouldn't leave your dog there.) They posted pictures for us. Also it's just a regular dog smell place, it doesn't smell dirty or way too heavily of chemicals. All the people I talked to- workers, groomers, and customers, all knew a lot about dogs and were very happy with the place.

My dog Benny can be a bit nervous during grooming, but the team was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding every step of the way. They took the time to make sure he felt comfortable and safe, offering reassurance and affection throughout the process. Not only did Benny come out looking absolutely beautiful—soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed—but he was happy and relaxed afterward, which says everything about the experience. Today was Bo's first visit with Tabetha. She was very fast and friendly. I loved the photos of Bo! The communication was amazing and I'm looking forward to continuing the deshedding process.
