I would like to thank Dr. Franks, Robby, and Kiara for taking care of Vinny for me last week. We got in to see the vet quickly, his issues were addressed, and we were out and back home soon without breaking the bank. The facility was clean and I feel like he was well taken care of by a kind and caring staff. I am grateful to have you available for my pets!
Me and my puppy LeBron James came in to get his broken nail fixed. We were in and out in around 15 minutes and they got him all fixed up. Hands down THE BEST emergency vet. The one in Charleston couldn’t hold a candle to these guys.
Took my cat Midget here on January 10, 2026 after her got clipped by a car which caused him to have a back leg partially degloved, and complete loss of function in the back legs and tail. The receptionist didn't even glance his direction, just pointed at a clipboard with a sheet of paper on it, told me to bring it back up after I filled it out. Then I proceeded to sit in the waiting room with my cat while he screamed in pain. Still not one glance. I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes before my cat stopped breathing in my arms. I Rushed him up to the front. They took him to the back but couldn't revive him with cpr and 3 rounds of whatever medication they said they gave him. DON'T GO HERE THE RECEPTIONISTS WILL LET YOUR ANIMALS DIE RIGHT IN THE WAITING ROOM..... THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT
Convinced they didn't actually look at my dog. Suggested euthanasia after 10 minutes of her being in the back. Didn't actually show or tell me what was wrong. Went and got a second opinion and she did not need euthanized. Just a little medication. Absolutely disgusting thing to do to someone. These type of people should not be veterinarians. Place seems like a giant scam.
Our girl had to be hospitalized for two days there. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It made us feel 10x better about having her stay the night. I wish I got the names of everyone who helped our little girl, but I hope they see this and know that we are so thankful for you all! 🥰
