Tri Point Veterinary Clinic - Jason Burcham DVM

My first experience with Dr Burcham and his staff at Tri Point Veterinary Clinic was FIVE stars. He took his time to answer my MANY questions, treated my pet with kindness and care. He went over all of the options we have for a small problem we’ve been having. Megan was in the room with us taking care of our cat as if he was her own. She was so gentle and really tried to put him at ease. I will be returning- with my dog, too! I’m so happy I found someone I really feel I can trust with my beloved pets. Dr Burcham isn’t out to make a buck- he has your pets best interest at heart. He really wants to help you and your pets live their best lives. I found the cost of the visit to be affordable. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

My furry friend, Beau and I, recently visited Dr. Helmer for an emergency visit! After a short phone call explaining the situation, the staff got me booked and seen within 2 hours! Upon arrival, the staff was expecting me, and they were very friendly! Service overall was so quick and efficient! My dog had to have an emergency surgery. The staff was great about caring for Beau, and making sure I stayed informed going forward. Dr. Helmer and SEVERAL staff members stayed hours past closing; making sure my sweet girl was going to get home safe! This was unexpected, but I am so grateful because emergency vet clinics can be very expensive, very quick. With discharge, they made sure that I had no unanswered questions before I left! After just one visit with Dr. Burcham and his staff seeing my cat Lorelai, I highly recommend Tripoint Vet Clinic. Lorelai has been having some GI issues on and off, after being seen by a few different vets I finally feel like we’re on track to finding a solution/treatment and getting my girl healthy again. I felt listened to, educated and I did not feel rushed. The whole staff was friendly, the visit was financially reasonable and the clinic is very clean. Will be switching my dogs to see them as well!

I have been taking my English Bulldogs to Jason since he established Tri-Point. Due the breed, I have to be very selected when it comes to treating my Bulldogs. Jason is incredible and I fully trust him with my pups...I wish he was able to be 24x7 so I don't ever have to be concerned after hours when time is of the essence. Thank you Jason, I wont take your skills for granted, we're lucky to have you.

I was very thankful they got me in quickly, as my normal vet unexpectedly closed. Check-in was easy and welcoming. Dr. Burcham took time to explain things and offer alternatives if first diagnosis wasn't working as expected. I have now made them my primary vet.
