I am a first time dog owner and couldn't have asked for a better first time grooming experience with my 2 year old Morkie. It's like Trent had known my pup and me for years. He is exceptionally personable and gave my pup such a wonderful, fresh, low maintenance cut - exactly what I was desiring. If you are looking for a laid back, low pressure experience for both yourself and your furball, I highly recommend Trent.

This place was a complete red flag from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt off. Trent was rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line. Instead of simply providing the service I was paying for, he felt the need to judge and comment on how I need to train my dog—which is absolutely not his place. He does not know my dog or what he is trained for. To make matters worse, I was told over the phone that vaccine records were required, only to be told in person that they weren’t. The inconsistency and lack of professionalism made me very uncomfortable. This experience was very disappointing! I will never bring my dog here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have 4 fur baby's and I drive over 50 miles to take them to Trent. He is so compassionate and truly has a gift with animals. They always look and smell so good. He is very knowledgeable about animal health and lets me know if he has concerns. The skin and coat of all our baby's has improved so much since we found Trent. He is always ready to greet us with a smile and a hug. He really has become family and has won the hearts of all my furry kids and me.

There is so much great to say about Trent and the job he does for our fur babies. I have 4 that he Pampers that look and feel great after each visit. (Yorkie,2 schnauzer & a Siberian Husky.) He is so gentle and loving. My dogs love seeing him. Trent is the man!!

I don’t remember exactly how we came across Trent, but what a blessing he is! He genuinely cares about each and every animal that he grooms. I will not trust my dog to anyone else. I drive an hour each way to go to him and it is worth it knowing he will take great care of my fur baby. I cannot say enough good things about him.
