I’ve been bringing my dog here for years never once have I left with my pup in worse condition than when I came in - until today! The staff here has always been extremely kind as they were today… to me at least. My dog came in for a minor ear infection and an hour later left with a bleeding ear in worse condition after being taken to the back with the vet techs. When the vet tech first swabbed my dogs ears she yelped due to how far the q-tip was shoved in which I thought should be a good indicator to the vets to be gentle with her infected ear… then she gets taken to the back for a cleaning and to be administered ear drops. a few minutes later she comes back in to the room shaking, bleeding and smelling of absolute fear - i even commented to the vet i’ve never seen her in this state even b
Thank you Dr. Awalt for taking such amazing gentle care of Koala! She is doing so much better- it’s like a new cat! You are so kind and wonderful at your job! And all of the staff is so friendly and thorough.
I had a very bad experience with this vet. I understand requiring a rabies vaccine as policy and have no issue with them enforcing this. We can access risk differently, so I declined services. what I do have issue with is 1) my docile kitten sitting in my lap was put into a CHOKE collar upon arrival - one that tightens if pulled. I understand if you require a leash, a safe harness should be provided 2) I was told the rabies vaccine is entirely risk free, which is categorically false. There is a small but relevant known risk of injection site sarcoma. Certainly the vet must know this but at no point did I see a vet 3) I was chased down to my car demanding payment and very rudely spoken to when I had simply walked out after politely declining service.
We just moved to the city and needed a new vet, so we brought our dog Nova to Treehouse Animal Clinic after noticing a small bump/wound on her front paw. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was amazing. The staff were super friendly when we arrived, and our tech was really knowledgeable and thorough during the initial exam. Everyone treated Nova so well and gave her lots of love. Dr. Boyd explained everything clearly and offered helpful treatment options. Overall, a great experience. We’re really glad we found this clinic.
The team at Treehouse is top-notch! They’ve taken care of my little cavapoo Lucy since she was 12 weeks. The care is exceptional. Highly recommended! Big thanks to Treehouse!!
