Treats Unleashed

The staff at the Des Peres location are always helpful and so easy to work with. I've used the self-wash several times (call for actual availability) but had the groomer wash and trim nails for our dog this time. So easy to schedule. Quoted a hour and 15 minutes, took right over a hour. Texted when he was ready. Normally he isn't fond of the groomers, but seemed just fine with it when I came to pick him up. The treats are great and hand made in the shop.

Was able to get an appt right away. My dog was sprayed by a skunk. Very friendly staff, especially since we smelled horrible. We’ve been before and always find it a great and easy place to bathe our dogs.

Today was Lucy's first visit to Treats Unleashed and we were both very pleased. Laura did a great job and staff was very nice and friendly. A little pricey, but we'll go back for sure .

I brought Charlie Brown, my senior long haired mini-dox, for his summer haircut. Groomer Lisa noticed an issue that I was unaware of, due to the length of his coat, and notified me that he should be checked out by his vet before she completed his bath and finish. She gave him a beautiful pre-cut, did his nails and some trimming, then told me to come back to complete the groom after he gets the OK from the vet. I am so totally impressed with the meticulous care and concern shown for my little guy by the staff. I feel almost any other place would have gone ahead and groomed him, working around the place of concern on his stomach. But Lisa had the compassion for Charlie Brown's comfort and health to not only alert me to the issue, but do as much of a groom as possible without causing any

After 5 years of trying to groom our Bernese Mountain dog at home we decided to give Treats unleased a shot with him. We were always worried to take him to a groomer as he is very shy around strangers, especially men. After speaking with the manager at the Des Peres location and hearing their safety protocol with double doors and gates, we decided to take the plunge. Lisa was the groomer at that location that was recommended to us so we set a date with her and hoped for the best. I have to say Lisa was very personable and extremely understanding with our concerns. After nearly 2 hours (and who knows how big the mountain of dog hair was) we got our furry family member back and he looked great! Trimmed and shampooed to the max, he was looking sharp!
