I don’t understand why there’s negative reviews about this place, yall just be complaining about every small thing. Took my two pets here to get ready for overseas PCS and every staff was just on top of everything! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Truly one of the best vets I’ve taken my pets to.

Even though my husband was stationed at Beale AFB, we needed to go to Travis Vet Clinic to handle our dogs’ health certificates for an overseas PCS. From the first time I contacted them they were so nice and responsive. They helped me with every step of the process and helped me get all my forms taken care of before the day of our appointment to help with the stress. On the day of our appointment they were accommodating of the fact that I was late due to be being stuck in traffic. When we got there the staff were so kind and treated my dogs so well. They were very informative of the health certificate process. I’m glad I made the drive to work with them.

For a military clinic, it's not bad. New doctor and some new staff members. Doctor loves animals, as the tattoos on her arms can attest to. Very good with animals, gave my dog a full check up and her shots. More new people, but every one is friendly.

I absolutely love the base Vet! They bust thier butts and do the best they really can short staffed and all. From the front desk to the back the team has treated my two pups and myself/family with kindness and respect. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and dedication to keeping our animal babes healthy and happy. ❤️ People should stop listening to others and go get your own opinions. For everyone who's had a bad experience, did you really tell the vets how you felt/what made you upset or did you go to social media to complain?

Does not get connected by phone within regular work days and ours and it goes straight to a voicemail. Email address is not listed on the website either.
