Wow if I could leave negative stars at the Tuscaloosa AL Tractor Supply location I sure would! I’m building a very large permitter fence around my property. I’ve already purchased four farm gates from this location, without issue. I am needing a fifth gate for the backside of my property. I was told come on in we can price match and the farm gates are on sale. Online I found the farm gate I needed for $149.99. Tarter 6 ft. x 50 in. Wire Filled Gate, 2 in. x 4 in. Mesh, Black. They happened to have one in stock made by the same manufacturer with the same design and dimensions. Due to it being dark blue and not black they wanted me to pay $179.99 plus tax. They said technically since it’s a different color it’s a different item even though it’s identical other than the color. The employe

I called your store this morning. The employee that answered the phone was so professional and stated her name "Jessica, thank you for calling tractor supply, how may I help you" Explained to her I was looking for a carthart shirt. I gave her the size, color. Etc...she looked and gave me the choices the store had on hand. Omg, awesome customer service. She was friendly, her attitude over the phone was glad to help call anytime you need assistance. I thanked her so much for her phone assistance and she wished me a Merry Christmas. Omg, I had to write this review. This is customer service at its best so professional and great attitude. Didn't treat caller as a burden to look for what I needed to buy. They were 25 minutes late for my Delivery appointment then they said my appointment was for 0800 not 0730 even though I talked to the manager two days before and he said they were expecting me at 0730 the when the receiver was done unloading he took the Bills and Disappeared into the store. I went to look for him and he had left my signed copy on the forklift but never said a word to me. I really hate delivering to Tractor Supply.

I’m a city girl but I love this store! Not only do they have a great garden section, they also have great prices on all the major brands of dog food - and all the other critters you may have like rabbits, horses, cows, etc. and did I mention Baby Chicks and Ducklings? They sell out fast in the spring but they restock. I love to stop by just to look at them! Along with pet stock, there are also work clothes, rubber boots, tools, and so much more under one roof! Block out some time and come check it out!

I’ve always loved and shopped at this store, but that ends today. My dad called ahead to check on buying a mini bike. He spoke with a young woman who was very nice, and tried to answer his questions. She told him that she would check the Northport store, and put him on hold. Whoever answered from the call on hold, was the most rude man I’ve ever heard. He told my dad that if he had questions for the Northport store, that he (my dad) could call them himself and ask. I couldn’t believe I heard an associate from the Tuscaloosa store be so rude and unprofessional. I was in the process of placing a pickup order from the Tuscaloosa store, and quickly changed it to the Northport store. I will not support a location with such rude and unprofessional associates, especially at Christmas time. I know
