Horrible online order pick up experience these guys have no idea what they’re doing. After going to two separate locations to pick up items, I canceled the second half of the order after talking to the manager Anthony, who was just standing around not doing anything. I didn’t give a shit about my time. Why would you send an email saying your order is ready for pick up and they have to pick the items as you get to the store?

I’ve been coming here for a year and they ALWAYS have an excuse why they can’t fuel propane .. it’s ridiculous. Many of the “women” that work here also have bad attitudes and are rude to customers. I suggest going to the Tractor in New Boston instead.

Idk who just answered that phone at 4:53 pm on 1/21/26, but y'all are RUDE!!!!!!!! There wasn't any sense in yelling at me like that when I only asked if y'all sold the big propane tanks.

Wish I would have gotten the awesome young lady name that helped me find a temporary medicine for my dog who has a UTI. She knew exactly what she was talking about and very interested in helping. But I did not forget Miss Patti at the front counter. Very good engaging customer service 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
