The website offers pet bathing sales. Perfect time with all this bad weather. However, this location does not have a pet wash station. Please update the website. It is clear to notify that Muncie does not have one, but neither does Sellersburg. After packing up and making a trip, we found ourselves wandering the store to find this information out. Now, for a 45-minute ride home to make appointments at pet smart and pay outrageous prices to bathe my obedient, short haired, 42lb "large" dog.

Great Customer Service! Prior to arriving at the store I spoke with someone on the phone about my online order. I met Kristyal at the store to pick up my online order. She was so kind and helpful that I showed her pictures of my project (yard) Thanks to Kristian, in addition to my online order, I purchased a Mini Cultivator, Fuel, and a Wizz Hand Held Spreader. Thank you! I will return to pick up more items ordered online and for the "Friendly" service.

I made a large purchase and throughout my time there I had no less than 3 staff members helping and guiding me through the process. This place is a legit and awesome alternative to Home Depot and Lowe’s. They give a damn about their customers.

They have the best food for my dogs.

Ordered a zero turn lawn mower and took the day off for a scheduled delivery but they never showed up or called so when I called they said they were going to refund me $80 from the delivery fee which they never did , but it did get delivered the following day. Good price on mower that's why I gave them 2 stars .
