Called down to Nogales Tractor Supply from Marana Az Jan 20,2025, looking for the 6ft rooster yard ornament. Maria very nice. She made sure she had all my info, put my name on one and said she would hold it for us. We were there in an hour and a half. We bought the last 2. Yes, really. Maria and coworker dismantled them and loaded them in our vehicle. It was a very nice shopping and customer service experience! Big thanks to Maria, and her coworker!!!

Staff helpful and friendly. Location is clean and well stocked. However, there is 🐕 NO DOG WASH 🐕 at this location, as shown on Google Maps 😒 This was the whole point of us coming here.

Noami was so helpful today. I needed something to get the skunk smell off of my cat and she went online right away to help me locate the right product for the job, and it worked! I could spend all day in this store. The prices are fair and the employees are friendly and seem knowledgeable in most areas of the store. I hope this place lasts because it has a vast variety of merchandise.

In desperation I went to the Nogales TSC to buy a couple bales of alfalfa for my horse. They changed me $27 per bale. I had just weeks before bought so good fresh hay at the Show Low location & it was only $24. The hay in the Nogales store was super dry & brown and parts of it were inedible! I have never seen such poor quality, especially for the price. This was the 2nd time it happened. I know now to drive to Tucson if a have to. Do not buy hay at this location. Total rip off!

Had a not so great experience today. I tried buying some hay for my bunny and bought online. The DuMor alfalfa hay was in poor condition when I opened the bag. Called the store they said to bring it back and exchange. When I got there, they couldn’t get the exchange to work on their system- took about 15 minutes then was sold the wrong bale of hay for the exchange- which was my fault I didn’t specify- but by this time I’ve been at the store for longer than 20 minutes. I bought a 50 lb bale of alfalfa hay from Standlee and it doesn’t look much better. Really disappointed and not going back to exchange it today (AGAIN). Why such poor products for sale? The hay is mostly brown- no green which is what my bunny needs. Not sure why this has happened. If I go back it’ll be my third time today and
