Buy my feed here twice a month for my goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. I drive all the way from Albany to Monticello to pick it up. I called them because I opened this bag when I got home and it was cracked corn when I paid for Scratch Grains for my Roosters, mind you cracked corn is about $6 cheaper than scratch grains. They told me I would have to bring the bag back in for a refund, which I refuse to do bc it’s a 50lb bag and now open, and I don’t need my car a mess before Christmas. I buy 100s of lbs of feed monthly there and always have to load it alone, the last time the girl at the register, instead of offering to assist me, gave me the cart and told me to make sure I brought it back inside. I go inside this store and this ain't the first time they done this to me I always spend money there and it's like every 5 seconds they ask me can I help you can I help you you think after I have told all 5 of them 10 times they would quit asking me I'd say I'm just looking and 4 seconds later can we help you made me feel like they was rushing me out the store or something this place has went to crap the past year or so

This place is a joke!! They never have anything needed in stock. They always have to order it. Just shut it down. Useless waste of a building.

Overall, I have always loved Tractor Supply. This is not a review of the company but rather this particular location and or its management. Keep in mind I live 35 minutes from Somerset and 25 from Monticello. Going for supplies in either directions takes a minute. 3 weeks ago I went into Monticello to get propane, needed it pretty bad. Their adapter fitting for the larger tanks was missing its o ring so they could not fill me. After a bit, I dismissed it as they did me and I drove to Somerset and then home after getting the tank filled. About 2 hrs total trip, maybe little more. Fast forward to today, I needed propane pretty badly again. Being as Monticello is a little closer, I wanted to do my grocery shopping first then propane and go home. I drove from Somerset because my TSC is always out of my dogs food. I called ahead and was told they had a few trays of her food and would place it by the register for me. When I arrived the food was at the register but to my surprise an employee searched the back and found to more cases. I am very happy with the extra effort.Thanks again!
