Tractor Supply Co.

On my way home from Lincoln, I intend to visit the tractor supplier on Route 740. Mr. Joey informed me that they are unable to sell any more equipment due to the locked doors. I made a 45-minute trip to fill up my propane tank only to discover that they were unable to do so. I am deeply disappointed by this situation.

My review isn't for the store itself, but for Tractor Supply Online. I had ordered a hot tub on December 8th and was supposed to receive it on December 19th, but it never came. I called XPO and they had no clue where it was and after calling multiple locations they still couldn't find it. I have called customer service, notified them of the situation and requested a refund. I called them three times (waiting a week between each call, so I have been patient). The last time I called, which was this past Monday, I was told that I should receive my refund this week. Well, tomorrow makes a week and I still don't have my freakin' refund nor do I have the hot tub that I was going to gift my mother for Christmas. This is unacceptable!

We visited the Lincolnton Tractor Supply and had the pleasure of working with Patricia. We spoke to her the day before on the phone and she was delightful. In person she handled our pickup quickly. She also drove the forklift and assist us with loading our safe. This location is certainly lucky to have her!! Enjoyed my experience!!

I had a great experience with this store. Wendy and Billy went above expectations. They were very helpful. I will continue to shop here because of these two. Thank you

Not a bad tractor supply, laid out a little oddly but not a major deal. The parking lot is in pretty rough shape, but that's prob not on tractor supply as much as the shopping center. Acceptable, but not as good as other tractor supplies I have been to.
