Tractor Supply in Lancaster was a quick and easy stop. I placed an online order for pickup and everything went smoothly, plus the price was great. TSC is our go to for animal supplies, so it was funny to end up finding a Christmas decoration we wanted after the holidays. The location itself is a bit odd, tucked off the main strip, and the shopping center feels dated and lacking energy. Still, the staff was helpful and the pickup process made it worth the stop.

I love this store I do but I have one small complaint. As I was at the register the cashier was on her cellphone like she couldn't be bothered, she was extremely rude to my mother and I. nstead of asking for our membership number she points and snapped at the card machine like we were some type of dog. Plus manager was there at least I think was manager was only glaring at her and didn't interfere or replace cashier.

I can’t find enough great things to say about this store. It’s organized, clean, well stocked and the customer service is top notch. Im so impressed with how involved the management team is with the customers. This is what keeps me returning. I’m willing to pay a little extra just to get great friendly service by people who care. This is a well managed business full of friendly, professional staff. A rare find in today’s work force.

Unfortunately TSC is not the place for us to go to any longer. We live 2 +miles away and the store inventory does not match the App. Items are showing in stock and when we get there the item is not there. Also, ever since the store reset they no longer carry needed items or we are unable to locate them.

To the lovely woman whose husband so graciously brought his jack over to help us swap out to our spare tire so us and our four kids weren’t stranded….thank you. The world needs more kind people like you. Your kindness helped in more ways than you’ll ever know. God bless you
